Welcome to Globalink Display Limited (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "our"). By using our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or purchasing any product through our website, email, phone or other channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all products and services purchased through globalinkdisplay.com or other sales channels of the Company, including but not limited to display racks, shop shelving, office furniture, warehouse storage equipment, plastic boxes and custom-fabricated items. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any updates take effect upon publication on the website.

2. Product Information, Specifications & Pricing

2.1 Product Information

All product images, dimensions, colours and specifications shown on the website are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to production batches, material availability or manufacturing tolerances. Please confirm with us before placing an order if you have specific requirements.

2.2 Pricing & Quotations

  • All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and exclude delivery and installation fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices for custom-made items are subject to our written quotation, which is generally valid for 14 days.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Orders, Deposits & Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed once the Company has received the required deposit or full payment and issued a written confirmation.

3.2 Deposit Policy

  • Stocked items: full payment or a minimum 50% deposit upon ordering.
  • Custom-made items: a minimum 50% deposit upon ordering, with the balance payable before or upon delivery.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once paid, except where the Company is unable to fulfil the order.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer, FPS, cheque and cash. Please refer to our Contact Us page or call us for more details.

4. Production & Lead Time

  • Stocked items: typically delivered within 3–7 working days after order confirmation and payment.
  • Custom-made items: production lead time is generally 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity, quantity and material availability. The actual delivery date will follow the written quotation or confirmation.
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather, transportation issues, customs, raw material shortages, pandemics, or government measures, but will endeavour to inform clients and arrange a new delivery schedule.

5. Delivery & Installation

5.1 Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services within Hong Kong. Outlying islands, restricted areas or locations requiring special permits may incur additional charges. Delivery fees are quoted separately based on location, volume and floor access.

5.2 Carrying & Floor Access

Standard delivery is quoted on a ground-floor drop-off basis. Carrying upstairs, walk-up buildings, evening or holiday delivery require prior arrangement and additional charges.

5.3 Installation

Selected products include installation service; fees and time slots must be confirmed before ordering. Customers must ensure the site is ready for installation (sufficient space, level floor, power supply, etc.).

6. Inspection, Returns & Warranty

6.1 Inspection

Customers should inspect the quantity, appearance and functionality of the products upon delivery. Any issues must be reported to us in writing (email or message) within 24 hours; otherwise, the goods are deemed accepted.

6.2 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Custom-made items: as they are made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Standard stocked items: may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unopened, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Issues caused by incorrect dimensions, specifications or requirements provided by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

6.3 Warranty

Our products carry a limited warranty of 3 to 12 months (depending on the product category) covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, overloading, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic scratches.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, trademarks, logos and product drawings, is the property of the Company or its rightful owners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No reproduction, redistribution, modification or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

We safeguard customers' personal data and use it solely for order processing, delivery, after-sales service and promotional purposes. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the order in question.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business or profits.
  • The Company does not warrant that website content is entirely accurate, complete or uninterrupted, and reserves the right to modify it at any time.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing which, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
